A 3D Bird Cage - Fan's Cricket

Hello my dear friends!

How are you feeling today? Isn't this winter too cold on you? I hope not :)
Here in Singapore we don't have any winter, and I'm enjoying every sunny and 'breezy' minute.

Today I have a cute 3D bird cage to show you. I used a Tim Holtz "Caged Bird" die for creating it. The image is by Mo Manning - Fan's Cricket.

I didn't write down the colors I used, but I can remember the combination of reds which I used for coloring a shirt - R20, R17, R27, R29

Here are a few more views:

I dabbed the sides with the golden Ranger Adirondack Paint Dabber, added a bow and a small bell on top of the cage.

Hope you like this one.

Wyanet - WeeStamps

It's another lovely day and I'm saying you 'hello' :)

I have another card with a Wee Stamp to share. Isn't Wyanet just adorable?

Here are the details:

Wyanet is colored with Copics:
Skin: E04, E11, E00, E000, R22, R20
Hair: N8, N6, N4, N3, N2
Outfit: E47, E44, E43, E40
           RV99, RV95, RV93, RV91
           BG75, BG72, BG70
           C3, C2, C1, C00
Cliff: E57, E55, E53, E50

Te tag may be pulled out. The tassel is handmade:

It's always so unusual for me to make a card which is not square, but it was a nice change.

Thanks for stopping by.

A Desk Mini Organizer - Secret Garden by Graphic45

Hello ladies!

I'm a follower and an admirer of Graphic45 blog. In one of the recent posts there, a design team member Olga Struk posted an awesome (yet simple to make) project with desk organizer made of tiny book-boxes. The project was such a success that Olga was asked to show, how it was constructed.

You can find a link to a quick video tutorial here, on Olga's You Tube channel.

Like many Graphic45 readers I fell in love with this cuteness and wanted to make one for myself, but using papers from the "Secret Garden" set.

Here is my result:

The edges of the papers are distressed with gesso, as well as a tiny key charm:

And this is how these tiny books look like with several tools inside:

Putting this mini organizer together was a real pleasure and fun!

Mini Album - Real Treasure

Good afternoon!

Somehow it happens that I always choose 'girly' stamps from different companies and artists. This time I decided to make something different, especially because the mini album I made a while ago was of a black color, and I partly covered and embellished it with a DCWV paper from the stack called "The Natural". It's gorgeous & not girly at all.

For that reason, I chose a digital stamp of a slightly different style. It is called "Dwarf2" and you may download it here, in the Mo Manning online shop.

The dimensions of the album are as follows:
Width - 2 7/8"
Length - 5"
Height - 4"

Have a nice day and thanks for visiting :)

Cheers,
Alexandra
